Springfree Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal contract between you and Springfree NZ Limited.

By using completing a purchase with Springfree NZ, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


Changes to terms and conditions
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Each time you complete a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions applicable at that time. We provide a link to these terms and conditions in the footer of the Home Page and on our email, estimate, request payment and invoice templates. 
You should read these terms and conditions in conjunction with our privacy policy . If you have further questions, please call our Customer Care team 0800 586 772 Monday-  Friday 9am - 5pm.

DELIVERY - You should receive your Springfree Trampoline within 10 working days once your order has been completed.

Delivery of your Springfree Trampoline is made by a Mainfreight or a similar third-party company, who deliver using large trucks. Any accessories purchased are delivered separately by courier. If you live in an area that might not be suitable for a large truck to enter, e.g., some hill suburbs of Wellington, please let us know as we may need to make other arrangements for your delivery. Springfree Trampoline is unable to provide exact details concerning your delivery, i.e., the day and time, your Springfree Trampoline will be delivered. Delivery information is held with Mainfreight, you will receive a phone call prior to your delivery from Mainfreight, we suggest keeping your mobile handy for when the delivery company call you. Alternatively, use the tracking number that will be emailed to your from Springfree once your order is on its way or you can contact Mainfreight directly for all your delivery updates. Click here for delivery details.


If your Springfree is for a surprise we recommend you make suitable arrangements for this to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee the time or day the delivery will be made.
 

DELIVERY ADVICE - Make sure you have someone home to receive the goods and sign for them. If you are unable to be at home at time of delivery, you may instruct the delivery company to leave the goods without signing. Please note if you do so Springfree is not liable for any goods that may go missing. 

The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise two people will be required to lift each box.

PICK UP - from our warehouse in Avondale, Auckland is available. If you intend to pick up your Springfree Trampoline we suggest you bring your 4x4, station wagon or trailer to fit the 2 or 3 boxes and leave the boot of your car and back seat clear of other goods.

Note: Auckland Pick Up - This is a warehouse and not a store; you are not able to purchase directly from here.

DAMAGED ITEMS - Within 72 hours of delivery, please check your order for damages and notify our Springfree Customer Care team on 0800 586 772 should there be any damage that have occurred during delivery. We may ask for photos and will arrange for replacements to be provided at our expense.

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED ORDERS – Within 72 hours of delivery, please check your order and notify our Springfree Customer Care team on 0800 586 772. We may ask for photos and will arrange for replacements to be provided at our expense.

FAULTY GOODS - If you believe there is a fault with any product supplied, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may investigate further. In the event the product is proven to be faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and will arrange for replacements to be provided (including freight) at our expense. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE - In accordance with consumer law, Springfree Trampoline does not have to offer refunds if you have just simply changed your mind. However, each refund enquiry is handled based on its individual circumstances and we welcome you to contact us to discuss your situation.

EXCHANGE - Within 30 days from the date the trampoline was received, we allow customers to upsize or downsize their trampoline model.

  • The trampoline must be dismantled by an approved installer at the customer’s expense and packed into its original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then Springfree can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).
  • Freight costs to return the unwanted model and resend the new model to Auckland will be charged to the customer.

 

Upsize or downsize charges (the difference in retail price of model) are applied. Plus, after inspection to confirm that the trampoline is in good condition and is suitable to be a certified ex-demo or official second-hand model, a $200 restocking or refurbishment fee may be incurred.


If any refurbishment is required these additional amounts will be passed onto the customer.


10 YEAR WARRANTY- Buying a Springfree Trampoline is a family investment. Our commitment to manufacturing the highest quality product means peace of mind for you. We promise to stand behind our product and if you ever have any concerns, we are just a phone call away.

We warrant our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use and service conditions which do not include general wear and tear, burns, cuts, snags, miss-use or minor imperfections. Click here for details.

Please note that our warranty changed to 10-year coverage in September 2017. If you purchased your Springfree prior to September 1, 2017 click here  for warranty details. If you are uncertain which warranty your trampoline is covered by, please contact our Customer Care team at 0800 JUMPSAFE (0800 586 772).

For colour customized trampolines, specific colour replacement parts are not guaranteed and are based on availability only. Springfree will provide replacement parts that are compatible parts to satisfy the warranty claim, even if the part replacement differs in colour from your original purchase.

PROMOTIONS – Springfree run promotions from time to time. Each Promotion has a landing page with their own set of T&C’s obtaining to that promotion. 

JURISDICTION - The laws of New Zealand apply to these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
Nothing in these terms and conditions/or our warranties limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  1. Participants are restricted to (1) entry per customer.
  2. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand who are existing customers of Springfree Trampoline.
  3. The prize is a (1) x $200 Prezzy Card.
  4. The prize winner will be selected randomly.
  5. The winner will be contacted by Springfree Trampoline and have 7 days to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, Springfree Trampoline will draw a replacement winner for the competition.
  6. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry.
  7. The prize will only be delivered within New Zealand and the winner should allow up to 30 days from date of claim for prize for delivery.
  8. Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
  9. Springfree Trampoline do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
  10. Employees of Springfree Trampoline are ineligible to enter.
  11. Springfree Trampoline and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
  12. By entering this competition you are providing consent to Springfree Trampoline to contact you by email and SMS for marketing and promotional purposes following this competition. You will always be given the option to opt out of receiving any further communication.
  13. The Promoter's decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend terms and conditions if considered necessary without notice.
  14. The Promoter is not responsible for the loss of prize due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by a winner.
  15. The Promoter is Springfree Trampoline New Zealand.

  • Gift cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline are valid for 36 months (three years) from date of purchase
  • Promotional Gift Cards issued by Springfree Trampoline are valid for 3 months 
  • All gift cards issued by Springfree Trampoline are only valid for purchases from Springfree Trampoline New Zealand.
  • Gift Cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline can only be used for purchases online.
  • Promotional gift cards may be used for purchases online, over the phone and in store.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable or transferrable for cash.
  • Springfree Trampoline does not accept responsibility for any unclaimed items.
  • Gift Card purchases are also bound by our general Terms & Conditions of Purchase.
