Delivery is available NZ Wide*, Installation is only available in our install zones - please check here to see if you are eligible.

Our timeframe* for delivery and installation in your yard is 10 business days for all areas where installation is offered.

* Delivery not available to Chatham Islands. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Your delivery / installation will usually take place within 10 business days. Installation bookings are scheduled based on availability which can vary depending on location. We will do everything that we can to try and install as quickly as possible, however, this cannot always be guaranteed. If you have any special requests for dates, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to accommodate requests, dependant on availability.

Third-Party Professional Installation
Outside of our Springfree Trampoline service market areas, we've got you covered with professional installation by our third-party installer, Kitset Assembly Services.

Our third party installation team will call you within 3 business days of us advising them of your installation purchase to schedule your service appointment. Alternatively, you can contact them after you receive your tracking numberor your order is delivered, by phone at 0508 454 873. Seasonal demand and weather limitations and other restrictions may apply.

We can deliver to your door New Zealand wide* within 10 working days.

Your Springfree Trampoline is supplied flat-packed as a kit, designed to be installed by parents. Included are comprehensive installation manuals with easy to follow step-by-step instructions. We also have instructional videos and an app to guide you.

For successful self installation we recommend:
  • Two people working together to make it easier.
  • Use BILT, the Springfree Installation App, an easy 3D interactive guide - check it out here
  • Set aside 2-3 hours to complete your Springfree Trampoline installation.
  • Read the installation manuals and take the time to watch the instructional videos. We highly recommend you read the manual and watch the videos in full BEFORE starting installation.

PICK UP + SELF INSTALLATION

We have a pick-up option, available in Christchurch and Auckland.

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 business hours of placing an order, with your invoice attached. Your order needs to be collected within 5 working days.

The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise two people will be required to lift each box.

If you intend to pick up your Springfree™ Trampoline we suggest you bring your 4x4, station wagon or trailer to fit the 2 or 3 boxes, and leave the boot of your car and back seat clear of other goods.

THE PROCESS

Delivery 

Springfree Trampoline conveniently delivers to you!

Delivery of your Springfree Trampoline is made by Mainfreight or a similar third-party company, who deliver using large trucks. Any accessories purchased on their own are delivered by courier. 

If you live in an area that might not be suitable for a large truck to enter, e.g. some hill suburbs of Wellington, please let us know as we may need to make other arrangements for your delivery.

Springfree Trampoline is unable to provide exact details concerning your delivery, i.e. the day and time, your Springfree Trampoline will be delivered. Delivery information is held with Mainfreight and you can contact them directly for all of your delivery updates.

If your Springfree is for a surprise we recommend you make suitable arrangements for this to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee the time or day the delivery will be made.

Because you are buying straight from the manufacturer there is no retailer margin added to the price of your trampoline. This model enables us to sell such high-quality trampolines at market competitive prices. However, without retail stores around the country there is a requirement for a freight charge.

Within Christchurch $100.
Metro South Island $145.
Rural South Island $170.
Metro Auckland $100.
Metro North Island $145.
Rural North Island $170.
Remote Rural $220.

This freight charge will be added to the purchase price to deliver your trampoline to you.

Delivery Advice
Mainfreight will call or txt to book your delivery in prior to delivery. You do need to respond to this so make sure you keep your phone handy. Make sure you have someone home to receive the goods and sign for them. Ensure all items are accounted for before signing. If you are unable to be at home at time of delivery, you may instruct the delivery company to leave the goods without signing. The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise two people will be required to lift each box. The Springfree team will book your trampoline install at the time of purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site the trampoline will be located on is flat, level and clear of debris as well as being large enough for your selected model.

Trampoline packaging will remain with the customer - it is not policy for installers to remove all packaging.

Springfree Team Installation

Step 1: Customer orders Springfree Trampoline + Installation
Step 2: Product Ships to Customer (a Notification of Dispatch will let you know your trampoline is on its way via a 3rd party freight provider.)
Note: If in Christchurch or Auckland areas, trampoline maybe delivered at time of installation
Step 3: The Springfree team contacts you to coordinate the installation date (within 3-5 business days of purchase)

Third Party Installation

Step 1: Customer orders Springfree Trampoline + Installation
Step 2: Product Ships to Customer (a Notification of Dispatch will let you know your trampoline is on its way via a 3rd party freight provider.)
Step 3: Kitset Assembly Services contacts customer to coordinate installation date (within 3 business days of customer receiving their shipment)
Step 4: Customer receives their scheduled date & time

If allocated a third-party installer, you agree that Springfree Trampoline New Zealand is not liable for any damage or issues resulting from their installation.

Important Information: Please ensure you are ready for your installation prior to your scheduled date. If our team arrives to install but you cannot proceed with trampoline or spare part installation, a $50 fee may apply for rescheduling.

Follow the checklist below to ensure you are ready for your big day!
- Verify you have received all trampoline boxes or spare parts. - Someone 18 or older must be present at the installation location on the scheduled date and time and must be familiar with where the trampoline will be installed. - To reschedule ahead of your installation date, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
