We are pleased to offer installation services through our professional service teams, providing expert assembly and hassle-free setup for your convenience. However, there are some areas we are not able to service. Please contact our Customer Care Team at 1 877 586 7723 to see if you are eligible for installation. If installation is not available in your area, or you would prefer to self-install, we recommend you view the trampoline install hub on our website where tips and videos are available to aid in your Springfree assembly journey.
  • For first-time assembly, we recommend 2 people set aside 2-3 hours to install a Springfree Trampoline.

Professional installers will come to your house and set up your trampoline, so you are immediately ready to jump! For health and safety reasons, we are unable to install your trampoline if the outside temperature falls below freezing or in bad weather conditions. If this situation occurs, we will call you to arrange an alternate date and time for installation. The installers will assemble the trampoline in the location you desire. Currently, there is no agreement with our national installers where they have agreed to dispose of all packaging post installation/relocation.
