To ensure set up goes smoothly, please note some important steps before and during the installation of your Springfree Trampoline.

We are pleased to offer installation services through our professional service teams, providing expert assembly and hassle-free setup for your convenience. If installation is not available in your area, or you would prefer to self-install, we recommend you view the trampoline install hub on our website where tips and videos are available to aid in your Springfree assembly journey.

How long will it take to self-install a Springfree Trampoline?

For first-time assembly, we recommend 2 people set aside 2-3 hours to install a Springfree Trampoline.

What is the process if my trampoline is being installed by a professional installation team?

Professional installers will come to your house and set up your trampoline, so you are immediately ready to jump! For health and safety reasons, we are unable to install your trampoline if the outside temperature falls below freezing or in bad weather conditions. If this situation occurs, we will call you to arrange an alternate date and time for installation. The installers will assemble the trampoline in the location you desire. Currently, there is no agreement with our national installers where they have agreed to dispose of all packaging post installation/relocation.

Does a Springfree Trampoline require any maintenance or cleaning?

We recommend regular visual inspections of your Springfree Trampoline to ensure everything is as it should be. We also advise removing any leaves, debris or snow from the trampoline. Be aware that some cleaning products contain harsh and abrasive chemicals, which can cause damage to your trampoline. For best care of your Springfree Trampoline use a mild dishwashing detergent.
