"The Brands" refers to Springfree Trampoline, gobaplay, Mud Mates, and Forget Me Not Journals.

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
• Limited to one (1) entry per person.

2. Competition Period

• The competition runs from 6:00 AM NZT on 20 May 2025 to 4:30 PM NZT on 2 June 2025.
• Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

• Participants must sign up via the Competition Page within the competition period.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Prize Details

• Prize: R79BLK Springfree Trampoline + FlexrStep + FlexrHoop, gobaplay TitanFlex Swing Set with Saucer Tent Swing, Mud Mates Coveralls, Forget Me Not Journals 2x Photo Albums, and delivery (valued at over $3,400).
• Prize may be delivered separately and may have been used in filming content for the giveaway.
• Prize does not include upgrades, accessories, or additional services, which can be purchased separately.
• The prize is not transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected by Springfree Trampoline within 5 business days from the end date.
• The winner will be notified via email and phone and announced on The Brands' social media.
• The winner must claim the prize by 5:00 PM NZT on 13 June 2025.
• If the prize is unclaimed, a new winner will be selected by 20 June 2025, following the same process.

6. Prize Delivery

• Prize will be delivered within New Zealand only.
• Allow up to 28 days from claim date for delivery.
• The Brands are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the winner.

7. Publicity & Marketing Consent

• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from The Brands. You can opt out at any time.
• The winner grants permission for The Brands to use their name, images, and video footage related to the competition for future promotional use.

8. Liability & General Conditions

• The Brands are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or delays related to the prize.
• The Brands reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
• The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
