We love our Springfree Trampoline. It is worth every cent! We often say that it is the best thing we have ever purchased for our children. They have so much fun on it and play on it ALL the time. The company was also great to deal with and I would recommend getting the install.

Installation was difficult when it came to fitting the rods to the mat, more difficult than we anticipated, but we got there eventually.
Very pleased with the trampoline. One benefit of a springfree over a traditional spring trampoline that doesn't seem to have been mentioned is that they are so much quieter, almost silent.

After researching many brands of trampolines, we bought this for our 2 year old. The installation was challenging (just under two hours), but we expected this after reading the reviews, and to see it completed was fantastic. We are impressed with the customer service, quick delivery and quality of the product. It looks great and are thrilled with the safety aspects of the trampoline. Our 2 year old loves it, and we hope she will have many years of fun!

It is the most awesome trampoline, our girls have been saving since 2007 to purchase this. My only recommendation is to insist on professional installation. The springs that smacked back on me had me feeling like I was run over by a truck the next day; they got me good in the ribs and the shoulder.

Since our trampoline was purchase from a show and was being used as a demo. Between the show and getting it home it ended up with the powder coating on the frame getting damaged. There are a few areas where the metal is showing.

Also when attaching the mat to the rods I found that many of the socket holders on the mat were out of position. I only figured this out after getting through attaching many of the rods. It was impossible to continue inserting rods and I had a great issue with removing rods to put the socket holders in the correct position.

I guess that for first time assembly this wouldn't be a problem, but for a second assembly this can cause a lot of trouble. A note in documention about this would have been good.

Anyway, now that that I have assembled it, I can easily do it by myself in just over an hour.

Very happy with our spring free tramp

Awesome tramp, looks and performs great. Once we got the hang of installing it the process was fun and only took a couple of hours. A small gripe with the add on dunk hoop was the cable ties supplied were too large to fit through the holes in the brackets. But overall a great product and we hope it will last a lot longer than our last chinese tramp (which was a total waste of money)

I originally purchased an SF90 spring free trampoline about 8 years ago and the frame showed signs of corrosion to the extent I thought I should seek advice from the manufacturer. From the very first phone call I made to springfree to see what my options were right until the replacement trampoline arrived the service I received was exceptional. Not only did springfree offer to immediately remedy the problem under the warranty terms and conditions they were very willing to accommodate any request I had regarding options to remedy the problem. in the end I decided to purchase a brand new trampoline and right the way through the process I was made to feel like my concerns had been taken on board and everyone I spoke with went out of there way to help me. Four weeks out from Christmas with a situation that I saw turning into an absolute nightmare turned into the best customer service experience I have ever encountered.
