Installation
The Springfree™ Trampolines come boxed as a kit set, designed to be set up by the average customer. It comes with a comprehensive installation manual with easy to follow, step by step instructions. If you have reasonable DIY skills and have someone who can help you out, you will be able to install most Springfree models in approximately 3 hours, with the S155 taking a little longer. You can also view some handy installation videos which will give you an idea of whats involved in installing your Springfree trampoline.
However, we do offer an installation service in the following areas at a cost of $140:
- Auckland City
- Hamilton
- Tauranga
- Rotorua
- New Plymouth
- Palmerston North
- Wellington
- Christchurch
The installer will contact you within two business days to arrange a suitable time to install your Springfree trampoline. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site the trampoline will be located on is flat, level and clear of debris as well as being large enough for your selected model.
NOTE: Standard installation prices charged via our webshop or 0800 sales number apply to installations occurring within the metro area of the above locations. If you fall outside this area, installation may still be available; however an additional charge for travel will apply.
Where available, our installation service is provided through our contract partner. Installation services are subject to availability and may be unavailable in peak season (Oct-Dec) due to significant demand.
If installation is unavailable in your area and you are unable to install your Springfree™ Trampoline, we recommend you contact your local handyman company such as "Hire A Hubby". We suggest that a maximum 2 hour charge out should apply.
